First things first, you want to understand your why. And to do that, I recommend reading up on the definition of the carnivore diet and what it entails. This should give you a good background on what the diet is all about and what you can expect as you go along.

First, you must know what to eat on a carnivore diet. I have a few lists that clearly illustrate what is allowed and what isn’t:
