Thank you for your hard work with my autoimmune the only wat to beat it for me will be carnivore because the autoimmune is now attacking my heart so i have to control blood sugar to keep it in check the only way i see that happening is as low carb as possible I’ve tried under 20 carbs for 6 months still wasn’t low enough, keep up the awesome work.
