  • Bring the broth to a light simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat.
    2 cups bone broth
  • Add optional keto ingredients and salt (reserve the green onion). Mix well.
    1 teaspoon Keto Soy Sauce, ¼ teaspoon ginger powder, ¼ teaspoon red chili pepper flakes, ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon salt
  • Begin briskly stirring in a circular clockwise motion. Remove the spoon and, as the broth continues to spiral, pour in whisked eggs.
    3 large eggs
  • Cook for about 1 minute, until eggs are cooked through.
  • Divide into bowls, garnish with green onion. Serve hot.
