  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
    1 small avocado, ½ cup spinach, 1 cup water, ½ cup coconut milk, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, ⅛ teaspoon mint extract, 10 drops Liquid Stevia Extract, 1 handful ice cubes
  • Taste and adjust as desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use store-bought stevia extract or your own Homemade Liquid Stevia Extract.
