Ground Beef and Green Bean Casserole Recipe

Make this keto green bean casserole with ground beef for dinner in less than an hour, including bake time.   • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Brown the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stovetop. Once cooked, drain the grease by placing the meat on a paper towel-lined plate. Let the paper absorb the extra fat for a few minutes.
  • Return the meat to the skillet. Add cream cheese and mix well to combine. Pour the bone broth in the pan, cover, and bring to a boil.
  • Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and reduce the heat to a simmer. Continue cooking uncovered for 5 more minutes at a simmer, until the liquid reduces and thickens slightly.
  • Transfer beef to an oven-safe baking dish. Drain the canned green beans and spread in an even layer over the meat. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 25 minutes until the cheese melts completely. Serve warm.
