Carnivore Stroganoff Recipe with Ground Beef

Carnivore Stroganoff is a hearty dinner and ready in less than 30 minutes! It’s an easy recipe to adapt for your family, whether they are on keto or any other diet. This creamy ground beef recipe is classic comfort food, but now made exclusively from animal-based ingredients.

  • Lightly brown the meat in a skillet over medium-high heat. Break apart clumps with a spatula as needed.
    1 pound ground beef
  • Pour in bone broth and cream cheese. Season with salt.
    1 cup Beef Bone Broth, 1 teaspoon salt, 4 ounces cream cheese
  • Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for 5-10 minutes until liquid reduces by half.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Cream cheese may also be replaced with 1 cup of heavy cream if you prefer.
I only have access to lean meat and therefore, usually, add 1/2 tbsp cooking fat before browning the beef. If your ground beef is sufficiently fatty, you don't need additional cooking fat.
