Whisk sweetener, coconut milk, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom in a small saucepan. Gently bring to a boil over medium heat. Add tea bags and steep for 5-10 minutes.
1 ½ cup coconut milk, 1 tablespoon Keto sugar substitute, ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ginger powder, ⅙ teaspoon ground cardamom, 2 bags black tea
Discard the tea bag. Add chia seed and stir thoroughly. Let rest for 5 minutes, then stir again to mix the chia evenly.
