Keto Lemon Drop Martini Recipe

This delicious cocktail features fresh lemon juice, vodka, keto-friendly sweetener, and sparkling water. Give it a quick shake and garnish with a lemon slice or twist for an added touch of elegance.

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, reserving the sparkling water aside.
    2 ounces vodka, 1 ounce fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon powdered Monkfruit Sweetener, 6 medium ice cubes
  • Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for twenty seconds until the ingredients are well combined and chilled.
  • Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass. Top it off with sparkling water.

  • Finish with optional garnish by adding lemon peel or a whole or half slice of lemon inside the martini or on the rim of the glass as desired.

Notes

I think Meyer lemons have the best flavor but can use any type of lemon you have.
If you're not used to sweet drinks, start with ½ tbsp sweetener and use up to 1 tbsp. Taste and adjust to your preference.
Feel free to substitute the powdered sweetener with 1 oz of sugar-free simple syrup instead. Use a store-bought option or make it yourself by combining equal parts of water and granulated sugar substitute (such as Lakanto classic or erythritol) in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar substitute dissolves completely. Allow the mixture to cool before using it in the recipe.
Finally, add more sparkling water to top the glass off more, if desired. If other flavors are diluted too much, taste and adjust as needed.
