Low-Carb Cheesecake Smoothie
This keto strawberry cheesecake smoothie recipe is the perfect cross between a sweet treat and a creamy shake. Enjoy it for breakfast or as an afternoon snack. All you need is a blender, 5 ingredients, and 5 minutes of time!
- 1 c almond milk
- ½ c strawberries
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Add all the ingredients to the blender cup.
Press the lid on firmly and blend on high until the ingredients are smooth and well combined.
Divide the smoothie between two glasses and serve immediately. Add a straw, if desired.
Substitute almond milk with an equal amount of hemp or pumpkin seed milk or water.
If you want the smoothie sweeter, add up to 1 tablespoon of powdered keto sweetener.
