Chocolate Avocado Keto Mousse

Keto avocado chocolate mousse whips five ingredients into a light and fluffy, no-cook dessert you can make in 10 minutes or less. It’s a delicious sugar-free, low-carb treat for anyone with a chocolate craving.

  • Melt the cacao paste in a double boiler over medium heat.
    4 ounces cacao paste
  • Scoop avocado meat into a bowl and puree with an electric mixer until smooth.
    1 large avocado
  • Slowly mix in the yogurt, adding four ounces at a time. Pour the cacao in and stir to combine. Sprinkle the sweetener evenly over the top. Add extract. Mix again well.
    16 ounces Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon powdered Monkfruit sweetener, ¼ teaspoon hazelnut extract
  • Divide evenly between four bowls and chill for two or more hours before serving.
