Ketogenic Chocolate Mousse with Hazelnut
A quick and easy silky ketogenic chocolate mousse with hints of hazelnut.

- 1 whole avocado ripe hass, pitted and skinned

- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream raw dairy or coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon hazelnut extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add optional toppings like whipped cream, fresh berries and cacao nibs as desired. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to make for firm before serving.
