Cold Crack Dip

  • Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together in a mixing bowl.
    8 ounces cream cheese, 8 ounces sour cream
  • Season with the herbs, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust as desired.
    ½ teaspoon dried parsley, ¼ teaspoon dried dill weed, ¼ teaspoon dried onion powder, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Fold in the shredded cheese and cooked bacon. Reserve a small portion of each for garnish.
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 4 slices bacon
  • Top with remaining cheese and bacon. Garnish with green onion.

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.

Warm Crack Dip

  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
  • Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together in a mixing bowl.
