Delight in the savory goodness of a chicken wings recipe with Parmesan and herb crust. Easy to make and naturally low in carbs, they're a crunchy treat for any occasion, from casual gatherings and game nights to family dinner and snack time. They're a crowd-pleaser that satisfies without compromising your healthy lifestyle.
Preheat the oven to 400 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Arrange a non-stick, oven-safe rack on top of the paper.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat on the stovetop. Then pour into a large bowl. In a second large bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Toss the wing pieces in melted butter, then roll in the cheese and herb mixture.
Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the rack over the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes until they turn golden and crispy. Remove from the oven, cool briefly, and serve warm.

Notes
Use paper towels to remove excess moisture from the wings before baking to make sure they turn out extra crispy.
Use what you have on hand. Try fresh basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary, cilantro, dill, sage, and even an Italian herb blend are all ideal options. This recipe is very forgiving!
Spread the wings in a single layer with space between them on the baking sheet to help them crisp up evenly.
Serve:Serve chicken wings with your favorite dip or pair the wings with zucchini noodles, coleslaw and meat.Store: Transfer leftover wings into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Reheat in the oven or airfryer. I don’t recommend reheating in the microwave as they will lose their crispiness.
