Dirty Chai Tea Smoothie

This dirty chai smoothie blends instant espresso powder into a chai-spiced Greek yogurt base. You only need four ingredients to make a delightfully creamy breakfast smoothie with perfect keto macros for weight loss!

  • Blender


With brewed chai tea

  • ½ c brewed chai tea
  • c vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • c ice

With chai spices

  • ½ c water
  • c vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp ground cardamom
  • tsp ground cloves
  • c ice


  • Add all the ingredients to the blender cup.
  • Press the lid on firmly and blend on high until the ingredients are smooth and well combined.
  • Divide the smoothie between two glasses and serve immediately.
