Whisk the cocoa powder and sweetener in a saucepan. Break apart all lumps.
¼ cup cacao powder, ¼ cup Keto sugar substitute
Pour in the dairy-free milk of your choice and add vanilla extract. Mix well to combine over medium heat. Once hot, serve immediately.
