Instructions

  • Whisk the cocoa powder and sweetener in a saucepan. Break apart all lumps.
¼ cup cacao powder, ¼ cup Keto sugar substitute
  • Pour in the dairy-free milk of your choice and add vanilla extract. Mix well to combine over medium heat. Once hot, serve immediately.

Notes

Once you have the basics, there are many ways you can modify with different add-ins.
Per 1 serving, add:
  • A pinch of salt
  • Up to 1 tablespoon collagen powder
  • ½ teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon or more coconut oil
  • 1/16 teaspoon each of turmeric and ginger
  • 1/16 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/16 teaspoon cayenne powder
Finally, you’ll never go wrong by topping a mug with whipped cream (whipped coconut cream for dairy-free) and shaved baker’s chocolate or cacao paste.
Take a look at the post text above for directions on how to make a dry chocolate mix.
