Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for dairy-free
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup blackberries frozen
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender cup.
    1 cup Greek yogurt, ½ cup water, ½ cup blackberries, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Press the lid on firmly and blend on high until the ingredients are smooth and well combined.
  • Divide the smoothie between two glasses and serve immediately. Add a straw, if desired.

Notes

Substitute with fresh blackberries and an optional ½ cup crushed ice.
If you want the smoothie sweeter, add up to 1 tablespoon of powdered keto sweetener.
