  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Whisk eggs.
  3. In a small bowl, combine dry ingredients – flour, baking soda and salt.
  4. Stir broccoli and coconut oil in to the eggs.
  5. Combine dry ingredients into the broccoli egg mixture.
  6. Spoon evenly into a muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until tops are golden brown and knife comes out clean.
  8. Cool and enjoy!
