Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender, except the chia seed. Blend well to combine.
  2. Add the chia seed to a jar with a lid, pour in liquid and shake mix together well.
  3. Leave in the fridge to soak for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve chilled. Save leftovers in a fridge.

Macros per Serving: 30.2 g fat, 19.5 g carb, 4.5 g net carb, 10.5 g protein   **You can make a quick version by leaving the mixture to sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. It won’t get as thick, the seeds will just have started to swell but it will taste good!
