Ingredients
  • 1large cauliflowerapprox 2 pounds
  • 1cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2cups shredded cheesecheddar, Asiago, etc
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 1/2teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1teaspoon oreganooptional
  • 1teaspoon garlic powderoptional
Instructions
  1. Cut the cauliflower into small bite sized pieces. Steam it in a pot. Once tender, strain and set aside to cool.
  2. Warm cream over medium-low heat. Once simmering, add the cheese, salt and optional seasonings. Mix to combine. Remove from heat once cheese is just melted.
  3. Pour sauce over the cauliflower, mix well, and serve warm.
